This policy explains what data the Maestro FC app and website collect, why, and your choices. Maestro FC is operated by AMAAG LLC ("we").

What we collect

• Account details you give us: username, email address, country and language, and your answer to the age question.
• Gameplay data: quiz answers, ratings, the teams you build and match results.
• Device and usage data: app version, device model, crash reports and anonymous usage events.
• Advertising data: if you use the free version, our ad partner may use a device advertising identifier, only with your permission where the law or Apple requires it.
• Purchase data: whether you hold a Premium subscription. Apple processes payments; we never see your card details.

How we use it

To run the game, keep your ratings and progress, show leaderboards, fix bugs, improve content, show ads in the free version and manage subscriptions. We do not sell your personal data.

Service providers

We rely on providers that process data on our behalf: Supabase (accounts and game data), Anthropic (the AI judge receives the two line-ups of a Battle of XIs match, not your email), Google AdMob (ads), RevenueCat (subscription status), PostHog (usage analytics) and Sentry (crash reports).

Children

Maestro FC asks for your age when you start. We handle accounts of users under 13 in line with applicable children's privacy law, including asking for a parent's email, and we do not show personalised ads to them.

Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your account in the app or by emailing [email protected]; we delete it within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep records.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your data, or to object to some uses. Email us and we'll respond within 30 days.

Changes

If we change this policy we'll update the date above, and tell you in the app if the change is significant.
